STIR-FRIED RICE NOODLES WITH DARK
SOY SAUCE

Serving Size: 2


Cooking Method: Stir-Frying

 


Ingredients

Rice noodles 300 g [10 oz], Beef 150 g [5 oz] [sliced], Bean sprouts 150 g [5 oz], Yellow chives 50 g [2 oz] [sectioned]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp

Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Corn starch 1/2 tsp


Sauce Mix

Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Premium Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp


Method

1.  Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
2.  Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute.  Drain.
3.  Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir-fry beef until done.  Stir in rice noodles, yellow
     chives, bean sprouts, sauce mix and heat through.


Note:  Beef can be replaced by any kind of meat.
