Minced pork 350 g [12 oz], Glutinous rice 75 g [ 2 1/2 oz], Chinese mushrooms 3 [soaked, drained and diced], Water chestnuts 3 [skinned and diced], Dried
shrimps 1 tbsp [soaked, drained and diced], Toasted white and black sesame seeds
for garnish
Marinade
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 tbsp, Pepper to taste
Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Corn starch 1 tsp
Method
1. Soak glutinous rice for about 3 hours. Drain.
2. Mix minced pork, Chinese mushrooms, water chestnuts, dried shrimps with marinade. Divide minced pork into 12 portions. Shape into meat balls and coat with glutinous rice.
3. Put meat balls on greased plate. Steam over high heat for 25 until done. Take out and coat with toasted white and black sesame seeds.
