    Method of wrapping rice dumpling
 
   

Black and white Rice dumpling with XO wauce Wrapping Method:

1. Prepare ingredients of Black and White Rice Dumpling with XO Sauce.   2. Add black glutinous rice to glutinous rice   3. Mix black glutinous rice and glutinous rice with seasoning mix.
   
4. Prepare 2 dumpling leaves.
  5. Use dumpling leaves to form a hollow.   6. Spread a layer of mixed glutinous rice over dumpling leaves.
   
7. Spread a layer of skinned green beans over mixed rice.
  8. Add 1 heaped tbsp Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce.   9. Spread Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce over green beans.
   
10. Add salted egg yolk and all other ingredients   11. Arrange ingredients on green beans.   12. Spread another layer of green beans to cover the ingredients.
   
13. Spread mixed rice to cover green beans.   14. Cover the dumpling with one dumpling leave.   15. Fold the leaves to form dumpling shape.
       
16. Wrap the two ends with straw to secure the dumpling.
