STIR-FRIED BROCCOLI WITH XO SAUCE

Cooking Method Stir-Frying

Ingredients

Broccoli [frozen] 1 pack [285 g]

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp

XO Sauce 2 tbsp

Method

1.  Blanch broccoli in boiling water.  Drain.
2.  Stir-fry broccoli in 1 tbsp oil.  Add Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and oyster
     sauce.  Stir well and serve hot.
