Use Premium Oyster Sauce to pickle the chicken breast, then cook it in a marinade. The Premium Oyster Sauce make a great complement to the marinade sauce in harmony and enhance the flavour of the chicken . |

Ingredients: Chicken 1 [about 750 g/1 1/2 lb] Chinese mushrooms 8 [soaked and drained], Black moss about 8 g [a little] [soaked and drained], Button mushrooms 8 [sliced]
| Marinade: | | Sauce Mix: | | Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp | | Chicken Marinade 1 bottle [14 fl oz], Water 1 3/4 cups [14 fl oz] |
Method:
1. Mix filling with marinade. Clean cavity of chicken thoroughly.
Stuff filling into chicken. Seal with a skewer.
2. Bring sauce mix to the boil. Add chicken, cover and cook on
low heat for about 25 minutes or until chicken is done, turning
occassionally.
3. Remove skewer. Take filling out and put on a serving plate. Cut
chicken into pieces and put on top of the filling. Pour a little
hot sauce over and serve hot.
