members, and LKK.com shall have no liability or responsible for any claims of
any kind (including, without limitation, any claims of trademark or copyright
infringement, libel, defamation, breach of confidentiality, false or deceptive
advertising or sales practices, any claims that the posted recipes infringe in
any manner any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other
intellectual property right of any third party or violate any other rights of a
third party).

Exchange section is managed and maintained by LKK.com. All submitted recipes will be monitored
by LKK.com of it’s appropriateness.
Below are some guidelines for members prior to posting up their
recipes. Please don’t hesitate to
share your usage experience and comments with us at customer_service@lkk.com.

All recipes submitted
should be originally created by members.
LKK.com states its position clearly in the Limitation of Liability
regarding copy right/ intellectual property right issue.
2.
Please DO NOT include
any brand names other than Lee Kum Kee in your recipe.
3.
Please feel free to add
any remarks if your posted recipes are particularly recommended/ designed for
specific occasion/ region.
4.
This English version of
Recipe Exchange section is intended for English speaking members only; while the
tradition Chinese Recipe Exchange is for Overseas, Taiwan, and Hong Kong Chinese
using Traditional Chinese as main medium of
communications.
5.
Recipe Exchange section
only supports English and Traditional Chinese. Recipes written in other languages will
not be accepted.
6.
LKK.com reserves the
right to make final decision on which recipes to post in the Recipe Exchange
section.
