How to make it
Cut the chicken into cubes. Marinate with1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Soy Sauce, cornstarch, and egg white for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a hot pan and stir-fry chicken until cooked through, set aside.
Cut the green peppers into cubes.
Heat up a little oil in hot pan, sauté ginger and garlic, stir in Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken and green peppers, season with 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Soy Sauce, stir-fry at high heat until the sauce is evenly distributed.
Then sprinkle Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and add peanuts. Stir-fry lightly for 10 seconds. Ready to serve.
