How to make it

  1. Mix the marinade, mix well with mushroom and pork.
  2. Place bean curd on the plate, put minced pork on top of bean curd. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain off water, pour the seasoning over the bean curd and sprinkle green onion and red chilli before serve.
