Ingredients

  • Chopped onion 20 g
  • Minced beef 160 g
  • Breadcrumbs 6 g
  • Beaten egg 10 g

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Yellow Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Saute chopped onion and mix into minced beef with breadcrumbs, beaten egg and marinade. Mix well and divide into two patties.
  2. Pan fry hamburger until cooked.
  3. Serve with salad vegetables and yellow curry sauce.
