How to make it

  1. Marinade minced pork with marinade for 20 minutes. Soak the glass noodles until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic with 1/2 tbsp oil, add minced pork until completely cooked. Then, add eggplant and mix well. Add water to braise for 5 minutes.
  3. Add glass noodles and seasoning until the sauce has reduced. Add diced chilli and green onion, ready to serve.
