How to make it

  1. Mix the beef short ribs with the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet with cooking oil and pan-fry the beef short ribs until they are medium-well. Set aside.
  3. Add minced shallots and garlic to the skillet and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the chopped onion, red, and green bell pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, return the beef short ribs to the skillet, add the sauce seasoning, and stir-fry until well combined. Serve immediately.
