Rub the Shucked Pacific Oysters with 2 Tbsp of corn starch, then rinse with clean water for later use
Heat oil in a wok, stick the remaining corn starch on the Shucked Pacific Oysters, deep fry in oil until golden brown and pick up
Heat the oil in a wok, add dried shallots, minced garlic and shredded onion and cook until fragrant, add seasoning and 3 Tbsp of water and stir-fry well over low heat, finally add in the Shucked Pacific Oysters and mix well
