How to make it

  1. Mix the chicken with marinade.
  2. Use 1 tbsp oil to sauté chicken until done, add mushrooms and tomatoes, toss well and set aside as fillings.
  3. Beat the eggs and add seasoning mix.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add beaten egg and lightly scramble. Turn down the heat and pan fry to form an egg sheet. Put the fillings on one half of the egg sheet and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Flip over the other half circle over. Heat through to serve hot.
