  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp.

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Beer 13 ½ Tbsp.
  • Corn starch 2 tsp.

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken wings with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil, sauté ginger and green onion. Add chicken wings and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add sauce mix and continue to cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened.
