How to make it

  1. Chop cabbage into large pieces, shred carrot, and trim enoki mushrooms. Loosen udon noodles.
  2. Slice crab sticks and squid diagonally, and thinly slice narutomaki and chikuwa.
  3. Mix seasoning sauce ingredients and set aside.
  4. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, stir-fry carrot and squid until fragrant, then add cabbage, enoki, and udon. Stir well.
  5. Add crab sticks, narutomaki, and chikuwa, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour in the seasoning sauce, stir-fry until evenly coated, then plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
