Pan-fried Prawns with Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Marinate the prawns for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in medium heat, saute the ginger until fragrant.

  3. Add in the prawns and pan-fry until golden yellow, stir in minced garlic.

  4. Add in seasonings and stir well. Leave for 1 minute with lid closed and garnish with green onion.
