How to make it

  1. Marinate the pork chops with the marinade for 10 minutes, then pan-fry it until cooked through and then cut into strips.
  2. Boil the instant noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat a wok and stir-fry the shredded onions until fragrant. Add the shredded cabbage and pork strips and stir-fry evenly. Then, add the seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant on high heat.
  4. Finally, add the instant noodles and stir-fry until everything is well-combined and the noodles are heated through. Add the Seafood XO sauce and serve.
