How to make it

  1. Marinade pork neck with ginger and marinade for 15 minutes. Sauté pork neck with 1 tbsp oil until completely cooked, take out for further use.
  2. Sauté red onion, yellow and green bell pepper with 1/2 tbsp oil until half cook.
  3. Add pork neck and seasoning, mix well. Ready to serve.
