How to make it

  1. Clean the lobster thoroughly and cut it in half.
  2. Spread the soaked vermicelli on a plate and place the lobster on top.
  3. Mix minced fresh garlic, minced fried garlic, 1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Seafood Soy Sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Spread this mixture over the lobster.
  4. Steam over high heat for about 10 minutes (adjust time based on the size of the lobster), then remove from the steamer. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with 3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Seafood Soy Sauce and 1 tablespoon of hot oil to finish.
