How to make it

  1. Blanch sliced beef and carrot in boiling water until it turns soft, set aside.
  2. Add sliced beef, carrot and cucumber on top of cooked rice, cover the lid for 5 minutes.
  3. Add kimchi, egg and seasoning. Sprinkle sesame seed and mix well, ready to serve.
