How to make it

  1. Wash the yellow eel and rinse with running water for 2 minutes. Then drain and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in medium heat, stir-fry the eel with 1 tbsp. minced garlic and set aside.

  3. Saute the remaining minced garlic, garlic shoot and garlic chive until fragrant.
  4. Add in the eel and seasoning and stir-fry well over high heat.
