How to make it

  1. Cook dried egg noodles according to packet instruction until cooked, arrange in a bowl.
  2. Cook fatty beef slices and cauliflower floret in boiling water accordingly until done. Arrange on top of noodles.
  3. Pour over yellow curry to the noodles, toss well to serve.
