Blanch broccoli , cauliflower, asparagus and carrot in boiling water. Drain. Stir-fry baby corn and canned button mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute. Add all vegetables and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Coconut Curry Vegetables. Stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
