  • Egg noodles 120 g [2 pcs]
  • Pork 50 g [shredded]
  • Straw mushroom(s) 50 g [halved]
  • Yellow chives 25 g [sectioned]
  • Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
  • Ginger (s) 1 slice [shredded]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/4 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Water 6 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  3. Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Add&straw mushrooms, egg noodles and stir well.
  5. Pour in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in yellow chives and green&onions.
