Heat oil in medium heat, sauté the ginger, green onion and 4 smashed garlic cloves until fragrant. Add in sea cucumber and water, boil for 10 minutes. Drain the sea cucumber after boiled.

Cook the broccoli in boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Cook the shrimp egg and 1 garlic clove in dry, heated pan until fragrant, set aside the shrimp egg.

Boil the abalone sauce in medium heat, add in sea cucumber and abalone and cook until boiled.

Add in corn starch water and cook until the sauce is thickened.

Place all the ingredients on the broccoli and pour the sauce over.
