How to make it

  1. Marinate pork, water chestnuts, and Chinese mushrooms 10 minutes. Boil cabbage until soft, then immerse in cold water and set aside.
  2. Divide stuffing into 8 equal portions. Wrap and enclose each portion in a cabbage leaf, then plate. Arrange carrot and lotus root slices in between each cabbage roll.
  3. Steam 15 minutes. Heat Seasoning Mix and stir well. Drizzle over cabbage rolls and serve.
