How to make it

  1. Place the ground pork and filling ingredients in a bowl. Mix by hand until the ground pork changes color.
  2. Add the cooked and drained green peas and corn kernels, then knead further.
  3. Place an appropriate amount of filling on each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Fry the dumplings until they turn golden brown. Add water up to 1/3 the height of the dumplings, cover with a lid, and steam until cooked.
  5. Remove the lid, let the water evaporate, and drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Tip: You can use ready-made dumplings, fry them, and dip them in Japanese Style Sweet Bean Sauce for a quick meal.
