  • Fresh Clams on Shells 250 g
  • Linguini 120 g
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Onion 90 g [chopped]
  • Red Chilli 1 pc [chopped]

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Gold Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 2 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Cook the linguini in boiling water according to packet instruction or until soft. Drain.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil and sauté garlic, onion and red chili. Add clams and cook until done.
  3. Return linguini in pan and add sauce mix. Toss well to serve hot.
