How to make it

  1. Slice the tomato and cut the lettuce into small pieces. Dice the onion.

  2. In the large bowl, add all the ingredients for the burger patty and marinade. Mix well and divide into 2 parts to make an inch-thick oval shape patty.

  3. Cut the tofu into half to make a square shape. Use the kitchen paper to pat dry it. Sprinkle a little bit of corn starch.

  4. Heat the oil pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Fry the burger patty until golden yellow and fully cooked.

  6. Toast the bun. Spread the sauce on the bread. Add lettuce, tofu, tomato, and burger patty.

    Tips: Use half beef and pork for the burger patty to create a juicier and delicate.
