Marinade chicken with 2 tsp marinade for 15 minutes.
Sauté chicken with 1 tbsp oil until cooked, add all the ingredients (except rice noodle) and mix well.
Bring 1.2 L water to boil, add the remaining marinade. Then add rice noodle until cooked and add other ingredients, mix well. Ready to serve.
Dietitian’s Advice
There are relatively few vegetables in traditional Satay. This recipe includes carrot, onion and green bell pepper already, additionally adding a dish of seasonal vegetables (approx. 300 g, half catty) helps enhancing fiber.
