How to make it

  1. Marinate the beef with oyster sauce for 10 minutes. Pan fry a sunny-side up egg. 
  2. Cook the instant noodles and set aside in a big bowl. Heat the satay soup by placing it in the same pot of hot water.
  3. Quickly stir fry the beef in high heat until half done. Add inthe bell peppers and fry until beef is well done. 
  4. In the big bowl with noodles, add in soup, beef and egg, then serve.
  5. Tips: Use tenderloin for a tender texture.
