 
                            Boil mushroom, snow fungus, kale, carrot and red date, drain after boiled.
Heat the oil, saute ingredients in step 1 until fragrant. Add in water and seasonings and cook for 3 minutes.
Add in abalone, sauce of LEE KUM KEE Abalone in Red Braising Sauce with Dried Scallop and corn starch water.
