How to make it

  1. Use scissors to remove the bones from the chicken's middle wing and marinate with Soy Sauce and Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes.
  2. Slightly chop the kimchi, spread it into the chicken wings, and seal with toothpicks.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken wings with a thin layer of cornstarch and fry in an air fryer at 170 degrees for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Mix Korean Style Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce and chicken wings evenly and serve.
