How to make it

  1. Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour
  2. Add 2 packs of the Hong Kong Style Marinade Pack and Secret Soy Sauce, boil with maximum heat and add chicken wings. Turn off the heat and soak for 15 minutes
  3. Turn on the heat again and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and soak for 15 minutes. Ready to serve
  4. Tips: For other ingredients (such as marinade eggs/ hard bean curd), just turn off the heat and soak for 30 minutes after boiled
