Rinse and drain the chicken wings and cut along the back of the chicken wings slightly.
Marinade the chicken wings for 30 minutes. Mix all the seasonings and set aside.
Heat the wok with oil, pan-fry chicken wings over low heat until golden brown and cooked through. Add the seasonings and stir fry the chicken wings with medium heat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
