  • Garoupa fillet 8 pieces [about 150 g]
  • Small Chinese mushrooms 8 [soaked and drained]
  • Carrots 8 small slices [about 50 g]

Marinade

  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 1/8 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp
  • Shao Hsing wine ½ tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder to taste

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Seasoned Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil ½ tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots with marinade.
  2. Arrange garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots in order on a serving plate. Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes or until done. Pour away excess liquid.
  3. Pour seasoning mix over ingredients. Serve hot.
