How to make it

  1. Mix garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots with marinade.
  2. Arrange garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots in order on a serving plate. Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes or until done. Pour away excess liquid.
  3. Pour seasoning mix over ingredients. Serve hot.
