  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Cilantro 55 g

How to make it

  1. Heat pan and add oil. Quick fry the ginger until fragrant, then add the sliced pork and cook until well done.
  2. Add Seasoning Sauce and stir-fry to coat thoroughly.
  3. Add green onion, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add fried tofu and stir-fry until liquid evaporates.
  5. Add cilantro as garnish before serving.
