  • Firm bean curd/Firm tofu 280 g [1 pc, cut into 12 pieces]
  • Mashed shrimp meat 120 g [meat, mashed]

Marinade

  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp
  • Water 6 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade. Divide into 12 portions.
  2. Spread shrimp meat onto each piece of bean curd. Pan-fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and shrimp meat is done.
  3. Pour in sauce mix and heat through. Stir well lightly.
