How to make it

  1. Cut both soft and egg tofu into desired shapes using biscuit cutters. Place onto a plate and steam for 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange black fish roe over the soft tofu and red fish roe over the egg tofu.
  3. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood. Garnish with spring onion, and serve.
