How to make it

  1. Boil water, add in the carrot to cook till slightly soft, drained and set aside.
  2. Cooked udon in boiling water for 2 minutes, then place in cold water for 1 minute, drained and set aside.
  3. Add all ingredient on top of the udon, blend together nicely with Roast Sesame Dressing.
  4. Tips from Dietitian: Udon in chill dressing contains less fat and less salt than traditional udon. By adding in colorful vegetable, it supplies fiber and antioxidant nutrients to strengthen our health.
