  • Salmon 150 g [cut into thick slices]
  • Cabbage 150 g [shredded]
  • Linguini 120 g
  • Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Water 6 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Cook linguini in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Mix salmon with marinade.  Pan-fry in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Put on top of linguini.
  3. Stir-fry cabbage and onion in 1 tbsp oil until tender.  Stir in sauce mix, heat through and pour over linguini.
