Ramen in Lobster Soup

Cooking Direction

1. Add the ramen to boiling water and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside. Boil the noodles to your preferred firmness.

2. Combine the sauce, Lobster Flavour Essence, and approximately 350ml of hot water into a bowl and mix well.

3. Add the cooked ramen to the bowl and serve.

 

Noodles can be cooked over medium-low heat according to time frame below for different firmness:

Hard: 5 minutes

Normal: 5.5 minutes

Soft: 6 minutes
