How to make it

  1. Add oil to a heated pan, sauté ground beef and break up the clumps. Add eggs, rice, and stir-fry till fragrant.
  2. Add Choy Sun Oyster Sauce, stir-fry, mixing well.
  3. Add lettuce, green onion, and sesame oil and stir-fry for 1 minute. Ready to serve.
