How to make it

  1. Cut the cauliflower into 4 portions, chop the flower part or use a grater.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat, add bacon and fry until oily, then add onion, minced garlic and minced ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chopped cauliflower, add seasonings and water and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pineapples, cashews, tomatoes and basil and fry for 2 minutes.
