    How to make it

    Soak the green tea bags in hot water for 3-5 min.

    After the flavor of the tea bags comes out, remove the tea bags. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and honey. Stir well.

    Add cooked pearl barley to a small cup and pour mixed green tea. Enjoy!

     

    Tips

    Let the green tea cool down a bit before adding honey, to avoid destroying nutrients.
