How to make it

  1. Poach the Chicken Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ginger slices, scallions, and 3 teaspoons of salt. Place the chicken legs in the pot, turn the heat to low, and gently poach until fully cooked. Remove the chicken and let it cool completely.
  2. Shred and Mix Shred the cooled chicken meat by hand into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the shredded cucumber, sliced onion, and coriander. Add 2 tablespoons of Crunchy Garlic Chilli Oil, 1.5 teaspoons of No Hormones* Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder (No MSG Added), and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Toss everything together until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Plating Transfer the shredded chicken mixture onto a serving plate. Garnish with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds on top. Ready to serve!
