Tear the flat rice noodles into strips and lay on a plate.
Spread the marinated ribs on top of the noodles and steam for 10-15 minutes until the ribs are fully cooked.
After steaming, sprinkle with green onion and chilli to serve.
Tips: Apply a little oil to the bottom of the plate to prevent the noodles from sticking to the plate.
