How to make it

  1. Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry the beef short ribs until both sides are golden brown.
  2. Pour in 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet & Spicy Beef Ribs.
  3. Stir-fry over medium heat until the sauce is evenly coated on the beef short ribs and heated through. Ready to serve! (Tip: You may add onion or green pepper chunks according to personal preference for extra flavor.)
