How to make it

  1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce and sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. On a medium heat pan, stir-fry garlic, minced pork and long bean until the pork is well done. Set aside.
  3. Cook through the Shanghai noodles and put it into the bowl.
  4. Put a bag of Dan Dan Noodles Thick Soup into a pot of cold water and bring to boil. After boiling for 2 minutes, pour the soup over the noodles. Top with minced pork and long beans, then serve.
  5. Tips: Sprinkle with peanuts and fried shallots for additional texture.
