Lee Kum Kee Double Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce is made from selected soybeans with perfect proportion of shiitake mushroom extract and straw mushroom extract being added. It has an unique mushroom aftertaste accompanied by the aroma of fermented soy. Its rich soy flavour and full-bodied colour will delicately enhance the taste and appearance of various dishes especially the braised and stewed dishes.
